I am a certified organisational coach by the IECL (Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership) and can provide one on one coaching at all level of the organisation. 

What can I expect from a business coach?


Business coaching is a structured conversation between two consenting adults with a measurable outcome that is collaborative and in the service of the other. Business coaching is based on an adult learning activity rather than a therapeutic approach, which includes and needs the whole person (bringing everything that makes us who we are) to operate in a strength-based capabilities rather than the problem. This framework will help maximise your potential through self-directed learning and sustained behavioural change. 


What methodology do we use?


We use the GROW Model which provides a structured business coaching session to work together towards your goals. Taking your current reality as the initial starting point, we then assess your options and create the roadmap to get there.


Integral Model


Together we rely on the ‘Integral Model’, also known as the ‘Landscape Model’ created by Ken Wilber. With this model we work together considering all aspects of the person to have an integral or holistic point of view when mapping the current context and unlocking the potential and charting the pathways for growth.


HOW DO WE WORK?


Using a combination of the models and methodologies explained, we ask targeted question that enable a robust conversation to identify strengths and challenges. This will enable the coach to guide the business coaching counterpart towards reaching their potential at work. By understanding the current context of the individual and the organisation, we can review the aspirations and address the concerns to create a pathway towards common performance and improvement.
