Hi, I am JACK BELFER


With more than 20 years’ experience working for global organisations as The Walt Disney Company in a wide range of roles, contributing to the travel industry, consumer products and media operations. Additionally, I have local industry knowledge with Australian companies like RACV, MEGA Adventure, Hames Sharley and FMS Commercial.

Having worked in senior management roles that helped me understand the complexities of dealing with different areas and people within any organisation, which requires different approaches to solve challenging projects and situations that can bring enduring value to all. 

With a Bachelor in Social Psychology, a Master in Business Administration and a Certificate in Organisational Coaching, I have gathered the knowledge and experience to help individuals and teams at all organisational levels towards successfully growing, not only as professionals but as the leaders they want to become to create the required LeaderSHIFT to thrive.

  • Performed internal overall business diagnose which provides key parameters to create an overarching overhaul of key business systems and process, this, in turn, enable the clarity both internal and external to create measure roadmaps toward change
  • Conducted a detailed market intelligence research that targeted key customer demographics, compared competitors position and used that information to proactively advise on how to adjust future business actions and marketing plans
  • Evaluated business development strategy to determine efficiencies in the process this lead to develop an opportunity management system that will create a new go-to-market initiative to maximise their return on effort
  • Aligned website to connect with campaigns, SEO and marketing activities in line with our brand voice and target consumer demographics
  • Surveyed company staff and leadership to create a value proposition, brand vision, key drivers and supportive narrative, towards representing the overall business operation towards generating business development and customer relationship ethos
